Small business marketing DOES NOT have to be expensive. It has to be smart, timed, and agile. KTLLC has placed nationwide ads for less than $700 bucks. But it is not the spend amount that matters, but the results (as in conversions).
When your target customer is the focus of the campaign, and you pay attention to no one else; the only thing that can hurt you is the wrong campaign structure (i.e., your sales processes and/or work flows not in alignment).
If every dollar is quantified and accounted for, and, responsible for a return on investment, then there is no budget but the taking of market share.
